It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places individually and as part of the Riverview Historic District. Following an extensive restoration, the Bradley House is now open to the public.

Carl Street Studios

Carl Street Studios

This residential building, built in the 1880s, was purchased in the late twenties by Sol Kogen and friend, Edgar Miller. They used bricks and other textural elements including Batchelder, Grueby, Rookwood and Teco tiles. Although the residences are privately owned, a walk past the exterior should not be missed due to the incredible brick and tile work along the sidewalk and facade of the building.
