Influenced by the Shingle style on the exterior, the interior reveals Wright’s emerging interpretation of the Arts & Crafts style. He continued to remodel and expand it, including the addition of a studio in 1898. It is now owned by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. A must-see for any Arts & Crafts traveler in the Chicago area.
